We're looking for an energetic Sous Chef to join the team at a charming pub in Suffolk. Our clients are looking for someone who can Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, focusing on menu development using fresh, local ingredients.

 

Your responsibilities will include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards, and ensuring dishes reflect their renowned quality. The ideal candidate will be creative, have strong leadership skills, and a passion for culinary excellence.
