We're hiring a Sous Chef for a fast-paced brunch kitchen near Thetford. You'll need experience and be comfortable in high-volume kitchens, strong knowledge of food safety and HSE, and the ability to support the Head Chef creatively. Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills are a must as you’ll be leading the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
