High volume establishment.
Classic British food, cooked well.
You'll need to understand how to manage a large team.
A watertight knowledge of food safety is required.
The ability to deliver high standards across all areas of the kitchen.
Here's what you'll get...
Basic salary of £32,000.00 per year.
A share of tips that will add at least £2,000.00 to your annual pay.
