  • Established and well-known pub on the outskirts of the city.

  • High volume establishment.

  • Classic British food, cooked well.

  • You'll need to understand how to manage a large team.

  • A watertight knowledge of food safety is required.

  • The ability to deliver high standards across all areas of the kitchen.
