Sous Chef, £30'000 OTE, Suffolk Coast

Bread Hospitality are working with a leading pub group set in the heart of the glorious Suffolk countryside right by the coast!

We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen including menu development and training. The menu is a mix of pub classics with a twist focusing on fresh locally sourced ingredients. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious chef who is keen to progress and develop their skills.


The right candidate -

  • You will be an experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous who has experience working at a high standard.

  • You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.

  • Have a real passion for the Suffolk food and drink scene.

  • Be a natural leader.

  • Have ‘a can do’ attitude.
