This is a hands-on position working alongside their amazing Exec Chef to ensure their fantastic reputation remains. What you’ll be doing as a Sous Chef:
Preparing high quality food for customers quickly and efficiently
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
Assisting Head Chef in running of kitchen
Coaching and mentoring Chefs and KPs
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
£30'000 - £32’000 Basic salary
