Brilliant opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced team in a well-established family favourite! Working alongside a talented Exec chef, you will be able to use your skills across multiple sections of the business. From the amazing A La Carte Menu through to one of the most popular Carvery’s around! This is a hands-on position working alongside their amazing Exec Chef to ensure their fantastic reputation remains. What you’ll be doing as a Sous Chef:

  • Preparing high quality food for customers quickly and efficiently

  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards

  • Assisting Head Chef in running of kitchen

  • Coaching and mentoring Chefs and KPs

  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
