You will be working along side the head chef in a shiny new kitchen, working on menu development as well as taking an active role in mentoring and training the junior members of the kitchen team. The menu is 100% fresh offering classic dishes with modern finesse. Get your creative your juices flowing with the bounty of local and seasonal produce at this busy and popular Pub.
Person -
You will be an experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous who has experience working at a high standard.
You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.
