BREAD is delighted to be working with one of the most well-regarded hospitality venues in North Norfolk. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join the amazing team at this beautiful business that combines premium accommodation with an unrivaled food offer.


We are now seeking an exceptional chef to support the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen. The menu is 100% fresh with ingredients sourced as local as possible. The menu is a mix of classic pub food, Mediterranean inspired fusion, and daily/weekly specials.


The role will see you work in tandem with the head chef to execute exceptional service, everyday and develop a young and talented team.


Person -

  • You will be a senior chef looking to challenge yourself at the next level or a sous chef who has experience working at a high standard.

  • You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.

  • Have a real passion for the food and drink scene within a premium hotel setting.

  • Leadership and mentorship personality.
