We are looking for an energetic and passionate Senior Sous Chef who has flair, the ability to train and develop others, be part of a team but also able to work on their own initiative and provide valuable menu input. This venue is truly stunning and caters for a wide audience whilst delivering the exceptional.
You will be a driven Sous Chef who has experience working at a high standard using only fresh ingredients. Be able to work in each section of the kitchen independently,
have an unrivalled passion for all things food and drink and just thoroughly love cooking!
