Senior Sous Chef - Downham Market 4 Day Week! £32K-£34K + 3K-4K Tips

Bread Hospitality are working with this unique and one-of-a-kind, pub with rooms. Set in the glorious West Norfolk Countryside this pub has undergone a hefty refurbishment and is recognised as one of the best places to visit locally and nationally.


With the big re-opening scheduled for May we are now seeking an exceptional Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen. The menu is 100% fresh with ingredients sourced as local as possible. We are looking for a creative chef who is not afraid to push boundaries and experiment with exciting flavours.


You will be working with the Head Chef on all menu development as well as taking an active role in mentoring and training the junior members of the kitchen team.


Person -

  • You will be an experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous who has experience working at a high standard.

  • You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.

  • Have a real passion for the Norfolk food and drink scene.

  • Leadership and mentorship personality
