This beautifully restored country pub and restaurant, known for its character, warmth and fresh, flavour-driven food is looking for a Senior Sous to join their team.


The venue blends the charm of a historic thatched building with a modern, open-kitchen feel — offering relaxed dining, quality drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike. With a strong reputation for Sunday roasts, seasonal menus and outdoor dining in summer, it’s a fantastic opportunity to cook food inspired by different cuisines. 


With the owner dealing with most of the kitchen management this is a super hands on role without the stress of paperwork so if you love cooking then this is the role for you!
