A celebrated Michelin star kitchen in North Norfolk are on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Sous Chef from a Michelin background to join their strong kitchen brigade.
The role requires you to offer support to the Head Chef in the daily operations, running with a daily changing menu using ingredients foraged and sourced on site and locally. You’ll lead service in a high performing kitchen and nurture the junior chefs whilst delivering culinary excellence to the highest of standards.
The ideal candidate must be from a Michelin background and have the unique skillset to deliver produce led cooking in a calm, professional manner, upkeeping company standards.
