This fantastic fine dining establishment are looking for a rounded Senior Sous Chef to join their large brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced chef to deliver consistently outstanding dishes to guests whilst leading and nurturing a passionate team. The successful candidate:

  • Must be able to train and develop a team

  • Will have high end 2/3 AA rosette or 4/5* hotel cookery experience.

  • Will be self-motivated and driven for success.

  • Must up-keep the highest level of professionalism
