We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen. The menu is 100% fresh with ingredients sourced as local as possible. We are looking for a chef who is not only creative but also personable and great at working within a team!
You will be working with the Head Chef on all menu development as well as taking an active role in mentoring and training the junior members of the kitchen team.
Person –
You will be an experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous who has experience working at high standards.
You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.
Have a real passion for the Suffolk food and drink scene.
