Great at training a team? Love new projects and want to work closely with an owner? 

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on chef to oversee two kitchens in this busy coastal pub. You’ll be leading the team delivering up to 250 covers, so you’ll need to be confident managing a lively service while maintaining consistency, quality and speed.

It's all about being hot on portion control, stock & ordering and compliance.
