We’re looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join a vibrant restaurant set on a working farm in North Norfolk. Being one of the most exciting establishments in the county, this kitchen champions seasonal British produce, only using top-quality local and foraged ingredients from the coastline and surrounding areas to create showstopping dishes.
In this role, you’ll prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard, supporting a smooth service during busy periods. You'll be a key part of the team, helping to keep the kitchen running efficiently and maintaining a clean, well-organised workspace.
Proven experience is required and due to the location of the restaurant, you will need access to a vehicle.
