This family run Hotel group is looking for a vibrant and personable chef to assist across various Suffolk sites, this is an exciting opportunity for a Sous/Head Chef to bring their own ideas to the table, help train, support, inspire and develop the team.
You will need to have a keen interest in the training and development with a hands-on creative approach using fresh locally sourced produce while working alongside the highly skilled and experienced Head Chefs. For you

From you:
Driving licence and vehicle
1 year at Sous Chef level or higher
Rosette experience
Good working knowledge of EHO, H&S and budgets/GP
