The Role:

As Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the enthusiastic restaurant team. You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring that every service runs smoothly, while driving the team to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll also work closely with the hotel management team to align the restaurant’s goals with the overall vision of the hotel.


Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on management of the restaurant's daily service

  • Leading, motivating, and training a team to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

  • Managing budgets, stock control, and staff rotas

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-end restaurant or boutique hotel

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
