Restaurant Manager - Holt - 26K-32K

Bread Hospitality are working with one of Norfolk’s top hotels to recruit an ambitious Restaurant Manager to drive our

clients F&B operation. The hotel is independently owned and looking to re-open with a bang this May. We are seeking someone who has a great ability to train, motivate and mentor the team throughout the re-launch and continue to improve the standards thereafter.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be required to set the example for impeccable customer service and build great rapport with both guests and the staff. You will know what ‘great service’ is and be able to deliver this day in, day out. You will have a proven track record of being able to use your own initiative to add the ‘wow factor’ and delight the guests whilst at the same time being sensitive to the commercial needs of the business.

It is essential that you have your own transport, our client’s business is in a remote location, which is not served by public transport.

The Responsibilities -

  • Day to Day Management of all F&B aspects of the business.

  • Managing lunch and dinner service to the highest level.

  • Accountability of stocktakes.

  • Training and development of all staff.

  • Accountability of stocktakes.

  • Implementing and managing all standard operating procedures.

  • Continually Improving and maintaining high-quality Customer Service.
