We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead a busy, high-quality fine dining operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

 

What you'll do:

  • Lead and inspire a front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service

  • Oversee breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner service

  • Train, develop, and motivate team members

  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction

  • Drive a positive and professional team culture

 

What we're looking for:

  • Previous restaurant management experience

  • Strong knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails

  • WSET Level 2 qualification preferred

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills

  • A hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality
