We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead a busy, high-quality fine dining operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What you'll do:
Lead and inspire a front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
Oversee breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner service
Train, develop, and motivate team members
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction
Drive a positive and professional team culture
What we're looking for:
Previous restaurant management experience
Strong knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails
WSET Level 2 qualification preferred
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
A hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality
