I’m looking for a stellar restaurant manager who has heaps of experience working within top restaurants/hotels or high-end pubs. You’ll oversee an ambitious team and will be expected to lead from the front.
A solid knowledge of budgets, rotas and all things back of house is essential, a fondness for training and mentorship is key and the ability to keep up with the demands of a busy brasserie and bar is vital.
You’ll be au fait with management meetings, professional, presentable and have an unrivalled love of all thing’s hospitality.
