We are seeking a fantastic Restaurant General Manager to lead all FOH aspects of this unique pub set in the North Norfolk countryside. Following the recent appointment of a 3 Michelin starred chef we are seeking a person who can define the FOH operations, working in tandem with the chef/patron.
The goal is simple. Win a Michelin Star!

You must be able to exhibit a passion for star service.
You must be able to have an exceptional knowledge of product and ingredients.
You must have the ability to organise and manage services to the highest of standards.
