Reception & Revenue Manager - Peterborough - £34K - £36K + Bonus

Bread Hospitality are working with this prestigious new hotel and restaurant set to open its doors after a multi-million-pound refurbishment. This beautiful luxury hotel boasts 49-bedroom, 70 cover fine dining restaurant, cocktail bar, lounge and conference and banqueting suits. We are looking to recruit an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the Reception, Reservations, and the Night Teams.

As Front Office Manager, you will be required to set the example for impeccable customer service and build great rapport with both guests and the staff. You will know what ‘great service’ is and be able to deliver this day in, day out. You will have a proven track record of being able to use your own initiative to add the ‘wow factor’ and delight the guests whilst at the same time being sensitive to the commercial needs of the business.

The Responsibilities –

  • Oversee Reception, Reservations, and the Night Teams, ensuring they are ready for their day-to-day roles and assisting when necessary.

  • Be responsible for revenue performance and yield for all revenue streams, maximising occupancy rates and preparing revenue and occupancy forecasting.

  • Recruit, retain, coach, and develop an exceptional Front Office team

  • Supervise workload during shifts including activity reports generated by HOP Property Management System

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships and communication lines with all departments.

  • Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.

  • Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and procedures.

  • Review guest feedback forms daily using GuestRevu Review Management System

  • Monitor all VIPs, special guests, and requests.

  • Can learn and utilise the best in the industry systems and software.
