We have a fantastic opportunity in Colchester for an experienced Reception Manager to take a leading role in the day-to-day management of the reception and revenue team at this award-winning property.
The ideal candidate would have proven experience within the Hospitality sector however candidates working in a similar position outside of this sector are encouraged to apply -
Key Responsibilities include -
Manage the day to day running of a busy hotel reception desk.
Manage a small team of receptionists ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Working with the team to maximise hotel bookings and occupancy levels.
Oversee the accounting and billing procedures to ensure maximum room revenue targets are met.
Manage all customer feedback ensuring communications are handled and passed to the correct departments.
Set up and manage email marketing campaigns.
Work with all department heads to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel management.
Working Hours:
Full-time 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 including evenings and weekends.
