At this fantastic college you’ll be responsible for most of the pastry output in the kitchen – from desserts and baked goods to plated sweets and refined pastry work.

You’ll need to be confident in your craft, capable of working independently, and able to maintain high standards of quality and consistency. A collaborative attitude and good interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with the wider kitchen team.
