Bread Hospitality are working with this unique and one-of-a-kind, pub with rooms. Set in the glorious West Norfolk Countryside this pub has undergone a hefty refurbishment and is recognised as one of the best places to visit locally and nationally.
We are looking for an exceptional manager with heaps of food, beverage, and operational management experience. The perfect candidate would also have proven experience in hiring, training, and developing a large team.
As Operations Manager you will be required to set the example for impeccable customer service and build great rapport with both guests and the staff. You will know what ‘great service’ is and be able to deliver this day in, day out. You will have a proven track record of being able to use your own initiative to add the ‘wow factor’ and delight the guests whilst at the same time being sensitive to the commercial needs of the business.
The Responsibilities -
Day to Day Management of breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
Deputising for the GM
Ensuring allergens are always up to date and available for guest requests.
Recruiting, Training and Developing of all staff.to increase turnover and profitability.
Implementing and managing all standard operating procedures.
Working closely with the senior management team to continually improve the product, delivery, and profitability of the business.
