We’re on the hunt for a Head Chef who brings serious flavour, fresh ideas, and real energy to the kitchen.


The food is all cooked fresh with a strong focus on quality and consistency, alongside regularly changing specials. You’ll have the freedom to bring ideas to the table, while keeping day-to-day service running smoothly.


The Position

  • Leading the kitchen day-to-day and working with the GM to set the tone for the whole team

  • Creating regularly changing specials that keep people coming back

  • Keeping standards high across food quality, presentation, and service

  • Owning kitchen compliance, hygiene, and systems

  • Managing stock, prep, and service like a pro

  • Bringing ideas, not just recipes


The Person

  • A Head Chef or strong Sous ready to step up with experience within a busy kitchen

  • Someone creative

  • High energy, positive leadership, and the ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Passion for fresh, seasonal food and bold flavour combinations

  • Solid understanding of kitchen compliance and food safety
