We’re on the hunt for a Head Chef who brings serious flavour, fresh ideas, and real energy to the kitchen.
The food is all cooked fresh with a strong focus on quality and consistency, alongside regularly changing specials. You’ll have the freedom to bring ideas to the table, while keeping day-to-day service running smoothly.
The Position
Leading the kitchen day-to-day and working with the GM to set the tone for the whole team
Creating regularly changing specials that keep people coming back
Keeping standards high across food quality, presentation, and service
Owning kitchen compliance, hygiene, and systems
Managing stock, prep, and service like a pro
Bringing ideas, not just recipes
The Person
A Head Chef or strong Sous ready to step up with experience within a busy kitchen
Someone creative
High energy, positive leadership, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Passion for fresh, seasonal food and bold flavour combinations
Solid understanding of kitchen compliance and food safety
