We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Manager to help lead the way within this fantastic coastal pub with rooms. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and loves being at the heart of a buzzing venue. If you're confident, hands-on, and ready to bring your hospitality expertise to a fun and friendly team—I’d love to hear from you! 

What you’ll do:

• Support daily operations across bar, restaurant, and rooms

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences

• Assist in management of rotas, stock, training, and compliance

• Be a positive, hands-on leader and host

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar fast-paced role

• A confident, calm, and organised approach

• Great people skills and a love for hospitality
