Are you a hands-on kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced, buzzy environment?

We’re recruiting for a Kitchen Team Leader to join a popular American style restaurant serving all the classics – juicy burgers, loaded hot dogs, ribs, steaks, wings, pizzas and stacked sandwiches.

This isn’t a “fine dining” kitchen — most of the prep is done for you, so it’s all about organisation, teamwork and keeping service smooth. You’ll be the one running the pass, keeping an eye on ticket times, and leading a small team (3–4 people) to deliver great food quickly and consistently.
