Junior Sous Chef, Central Cambridge, £32'000, 42.5 Hour Week

This central Cambridge brasserie is offering a top salary, 42.5-hour week and the chance to join a well-established brigade of chefs. You’ll be cooking beautiful food, further your skills and have a good time doing it!


You’ll need a couple of years’ experience within a top hotel/restaurant and be a competent and qualified Jnr Sous Chef or a talented, ambitious CDP.


You will be teaming up with the other Chefs on menu development and ensuring that service always runs smoothly. If you thrive in a kitchen using the freshest ingredients within a large team this is the job for you! The Role:

  • £32k salary
