This venue was acquired last year, it’s undergone a fabulous renovation, is a truly stunning characterful property with an excellent and very well-equipped kitchen (Rational, Thermo mix etc), An onsite microbrewery and a fantastic drinks menu.
The new Head chef is wanting to push the boundaries on the ever-changing seasonal menu. At the very least you will be a driven Junior Sous chef with the ability to work in each section of the kitchen independently due to the size of the team and venue to develop and plate dishes to a high standard. You will be wanting to progress through the ranks with a view to being Head Chef within 18 months, you will need experience of fresh food, have an unrivalled passion for all things food and drink and just thoroughly love cooking!
This a nice food led venue serving 50 – 100 covers per day.
The current owner operators are looking at new sites as we speak and wish to roll the model out across many sites. A Proper Pub – Elevated.
