We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with the drive and passion to lead, inspire, and train a motivated kitchen team while helping to maintain and elevate the high standards expected. You’ll strive to excel every day and have a strong background in elevated, seasonal cooking.


What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of your kitchen section, ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes.

  • Maintain organisation, cleanliness, and safety across the kitchen.

  • Support the Head and Sous Chef, upholding standards in their absence.

  • Contribute to menu development, new techniques, and team training.

  • Manage stock, deliveries, budgets, and waste efficiently.
