We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with the drive and passion to lead, inspire, and train a motivated kitchen team while helping to maintain and elevate the high standards expected. You’ll strive to excel every day and have a strong background in elevated, seasonal cooking.
What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of your kitchen section, ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes.
Maintain organisation, cleanliness, and safety across the kitchen.
Support the Head and Sous Chef, upholding standards in their absence.
Contribute to menu development, new techniques, and team training.
Manage stock, deliveries, budgets, and waste efficiently.
