Preparing foods and working under senior chef’s guidance
Taking full control of your designated section, ensuring all is completed in the necessary timeframes & standards.
Maintaining the highest level of food quality and ensuring products made are always consistent.
Contributing new menu ideas to the senior chef team
Dealing with deliveries suppliers and stock rotation
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen and equipment at all times
Ensure health and safety documentation are completed on a daily basis.
Taking responsibility of the cleanliness/organisation of the kitchen and food storage areas
