Hotel GM, North Norfolk, Up to £65'000 OTE

We are looking for a General Manager who can deliver a premium yet relaxed guest experience while leading a high-performing team. A natural host and visible leader, you’ll take pride in both the standards and the personality of the Hotel, ensuring every guest feels genuinely looked after.

The Position

• Lead, inspire, and develop both Front of House and Back of House teams

• Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver a standout food and beverage offering

• Champion a premium yet relaxed guest experience across all areas

• Set and maintain service standards that feel natural

• Manage commercial performance including revenue, stock control, and cost management

• Build and nurture a strong, engaged, high-performing team culture

• Act as a visible host and figurehead, being hands-on and active within the business

• £50'000- £55’000 Starting salary
