A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented hospitality professional to take the helm of a stunning boutique hotel. This is the perfect role for someone ready to step into their first General Manager position—or for an experienced GM seeking the challenge of developing both a business and its team to the next level.We are seeking a passionate, commercially minded leader with strong all-round operational knowledge. Food & Beverage expertise is essential, complemented by proven experience in events, rooms, and spa operations. You will work closely with the owners to shape the strategic vision, drive revenue growth, and uphold the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across accommodation, F&B (restaurant and events), spa, and guest services

• Drive profitability through strategic planning, budgeting, and P&L management

• Lead, inspire, and develop a talented and diverse teamDeliver exceptional guest experiences in every area of the business

• Oversee weddings and events, ensuring seamless delivery from planning to execution

• Maintain the property’s unique character and reputation for excellence

About You

• Strong background in luxury or boutique hospitality management

• F&B expertise, ideally with event management experience

• Skilled in managing accommodation, spa, and multi-outlet operations

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

• Commercially astute with strong financial management abilities

• Passion for delivering world-class guest experiences
