We're looking for a talented Head Pastry Chef to lead pastry section, creating outstanding desserts for tasting menus and a refined afternoon tea experience. This is a rare opportunity to showcase your creativity, work with exceptional seasonal ingredients, and shape a pastry offering at the highest level.

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Create innovative desserts and patisserie

  • Develop and evolve the afternoon tea offering

  • Champion seasonal produce and exceptional presentation

  • Train, mentor and develop junior chefs

  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency
