Head Pastry Chef, 3 AA Rosette, £32'000-£36'000, Hertfordshire

Bread Hospitality are delighted to be tasked with seeking a new Pastry Head Chef for a 3 AA rosette fine dining establishment renowned for its creativity and use of quality ingredients in the heart of Hertfordshire. Working alongside a Michelin star recognised head chef and offering exclusive tasting menus 5 days a week, this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced pastry chef to step up to the plate to bring next level dishes to offer the guests a memorable experience.


The successful candidate:

  • Must have a willingness to learn and create.

  • Will have an understanding of 2/3 AA rosette cookery in Patisserie.

  • Will be self-motivated and driven for success.

  • Must be able to train and mould your junior pastry team

  • Must upkeep the highest level of professionalism
