As Head of Guest Experience you’ll be responsible for overseeing both the reception and housekeeping departments. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, the ability to think on your feet and thrive in a fast paced environment. A good listener is essential! You’ll take on board feedback and generate ideas to improve every aspect of the hotel, alongside dealing with queries & complaints from guests efficiently.
Salary of £40,000 OTE
