This stunning high volume Premium Dining Pub on the Suffolk Coast is looking for a new Head Chef who can offer a unique menu using the best local produce available at the highest standard, the current style is modern British with Mediterranean influences, but you have freedom to develop your own style working directly with the hands-on owners in a very well-equipped kitchen. Being a strong leader, you will train and develop your current team, recruit new talent and ensure that the health and safety aspect is taken care of too. You would be required to show an exceptional financial understanding of kitchen management and GP controls. The Responsibilities….

  • Full day to day management of the kitchen

  • Full menu creation

  • You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.

  • Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.

  • Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.
