We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen at a country pub, relaunched in 2023. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark, develop a new menu, and grow the food offering into something truly special.

To begin with, you’ll be the sole chef in the kitchen, supported by kitchen porters and agency chefs on hand as needed. As the pub grows and service expands, there’s a real opportunity to build your own kitchen team and shape the culinary direction of the business.
