We are seeking an ambitious individual with Rosette quality experience who has a wide range of culinary skills which include butchery and pastry. You would be required to show an exceptional financial understanding of kitchen management and GP controls. The Responsibilities….
Full day to day management of the kitchen
Full menu creation
You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.
Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.
Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under
