The team is ready to be led, you will have a stable kitchen to manage and develop. The role will require an element of volume cookery with a mix of centralised set menu's as well as specials that will allow you creative freedom.   • Previous experience as a Head Chef in a high volume, multi-functional F&B business is essential.

  • Experience in fine dining at rosette level is essential.

  • Passion and creative to ensure your food look and tastes amazing.

  • The ability to organise, manage and develop a kitchen team.Adaptable approach to ensure that the guest is always placed at the centre of the offer.

  • An astute financial manager who understands the importance of margins. Consistently able to deliver all areas of food safety to the highest of standards.

What you'll get...

  • A basic salary of between £50,000.00 and £55,000.00

  • A bonus and tip system that will add around £15,000.00 to your salary.
