I’m searching seeking a proven and reliable Head Chef to lead the team at this renowned, award-winning pub/restaurant on the Norfolk coast.
As Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by designing seasonal menus using the freshest locally-sourced ingredients. You will mentor and manage a talented kitchen staff, ensuring that every dish meets the high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop seasonal, creative menus.
Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff.
Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the General Manager to foster a positive work environment.
