I’m searching seeking a proven and reliable Head Chef to lead the team at this renowned, award-winning pub/restaurant on the Norfolk coast.


As Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by designing seasonal menus using the freshest locally-sourced ingredients. You will mentor and manage a talented kitchen staff, ensuring that every dish meets the high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop seasonal, creative menus.

  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff.

  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control.

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to foster a positive work environment.
