We’re recruiting an experienced Rooms Division Manager for a luxury boutique hotel at the forefront of Suffolk Hospitality.

This role oversees Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reception, Events, and Night Management ensuring the hotel consistently exceeds guest expectations for cleanliness, efficiency, and service, while driving departmental revenue and profitability.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential as you’ll oversee daily operations across all departments, implementing efficient systems to boost productivity and elevate guest experience. With a focus on service excellence, you’ll lead, train, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional hospitality, manage budgets and forecasts, resolve guest feedback, and collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, and the General Manager to drive business growth.
