We’re recruiting for this thriving hospitality business known for its quality, character, and loyal customer base — and now it's looking for a Head Chef who can lead with passion, creativity, and a team-first approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Sous Chef ready to take the next step, or an experienced Head Chef seeking a more balanced lifestyle.
What makes this opportunity special is the creative freedom on offer. The successful candidate will have the chance to drive the menu, working closely with the General Manager and senior leadership to shape the food offer around local produce and seasonal ingredients. There’s also a dedicated onsite butcher and a strong emphasis on championing the best the region has to offer.
This is very much a hands-on leadership role. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations but most importantly, you’ll play a key role in training and developing a small but promising junior team, giving them the tools and confidence to step up with you.
