As Head Chef of this award winning pub you will design creative seasonal pub themed menus, recruit, and mentor kitchen staff, and ensure high standards in taste, presentation, and consistency.
You’ll oversee kitchen operations, including stock management, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations, while working closely with the General Manager to maintain a motivated team.
