Head Chef - Attleborough - 32K-34K + Tips + Accommodation

Bread Hospitality have joined forces with this fantastic historical food led pub on the outskirts of Attleborough to help them recruit a creative new head chef.


The ideal candidate would be a real ‘foodie’ with a strong background in creating exciting menus using the freshest, local, and seasonal ingredients possible. You will inherit a great brigade of skilled junior chefs who are looking to develop their own career under a highly skilled head chef’s direction. We are seeking an ambitious individual, who is passionate about food and ingredients, can manage a kitchen and has a creative eye for detail.


The Responsibilities….


  • Full day to day management of the kitchen

  • Create an exciting weekly changing specials board.

  • Managing the smooth creation and service of food from the kitchen.

  • You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.

  • Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.

  • Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.

  • Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
