If you're a talented chef ready to run your own kitchen, this could be the perfect next move. We're looking for a passionate, hands-on individual to take the lead in a warm and welcoming coastal pub with rooms.

This is an ideal role for a strong Sous Chef or ambitious Chef de Partie who’s ready to take that first big step into a Head Chef position. You’ll have the freedom to design menus, lead a small team, and cook the kind of fresh, seasonal food you can be proud of — with the full support of a friendly and experienced management team behind you.
