We’re working with one of our award-winning clients to find a first-class head chef that is filled with personality, one who oozes composure, has a passion for people and a burning desire to be the best. Communication is key! You’ll be heading up a large brigade across two kitchens with varied experience so they will be looking at you for guidance and direction every step of the way. Exceptional scheduling and delegation skills are also a must to make sure everything runs like clockwork in this busy environment. Alongside being a master of back of house duties you’ll have heaps of experience in a high volume, fresh food kitchen with a focus on local, seasonal produce. Perks:
