We're working with this beautiful food led country pub based a very short distance from Bury St. Edmunds, looking for a new Head Chef to keep smashing out stunning all fresh pub classics! If you're a highly motivated individual who will thrive in a busy environment, using the finest locally sourced produce, then this could be for you! You'll need;

  • Take full responsibility of the kitchen and menu.

  • Staff training and development.

  • Identify ways to improve profitability.

  • Have a good understanding of local seasonal produce.

  • Lead by example and offer clear direction to team.

  • Maintain a high level of health and hygiene.

  • Build effective supplier relationships


  • £35,000.00 - £40,000.00 starting salary

  • Incredible tips (£3.5k - £4.5k)

  • Pension scheme
