Surrounded by untouched Norfolk countryside and heritage, this beautiful location combined with access to some of the best fresh local produce is enough to entice any talented individual to jump on board. If you’ve got rosette experience, a wide range of great culinary skills and are interested in working for an incredible growing company with endless possibilities for development then this could be for you. The Needs

  • Full day to day management of the kitchen

  • Full menu creation

  • You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.

  • Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.

Good stuff

  • £40,000 - £45,000 starting salary
